What I Bought my 3-year-old Daughter for Christmas

Christmas shopping is so hard! We have a three-year-old little girl and I have been trying to find the perfect gifts. I wanted to find things for her that she would really use. I didn’t want to buy large items because we are downsizing next year. So what did I get for her?

Melissa & Doug Take-Along Railroad – This thing is cool! It’s basically a small train table that can be set up in seconds. The case holds all the pieces and folds out to be the table. It’s slim so storage is easy. This is one of the items we will likely take on the road with us.

Melissa & Doug Magnetic Matching Picture Game – It comes with scene cards that go on a wooden game board. There are 119 magnets to use on the scenes. It comes with cards with pictures so that kids can attempt to recreate the picture with magnets.

Melissa & Doug Merry Mermaid Wooden Dress-Up Doll and Stand – It’s a wooden magnet version of the old paper dolls. It comes with 35 accessories to make the perfect mermaid.

Mermaid Barbie Doll – This is the only thing she asked Santa for was super cheap.

Barbie Fashionistas Doll – She loves taking a barbie with her everywhere lately. She took a Cinderella doll everywhere with her over the summer/fall. She looks pretty rough and needed to be replaced.

Melissa & Doug Wooden Sandwich-Making Pretend Play Food Set – A 16-piece wooden sandwich set with wooden carrying tray that’s perfect for kids 3 to 5. Our youngest is currently obsessed with sandwiches so we know that this will get some serious use.

Color Wonder Sets – We decided to get a few different ones. I love these because they minimize the mess.

Frozen Ultimate Sticker Book – She loves Frozen and this comes with 60+ reusable stickers.

We will be picking her up a couple of small items and snacks for her stocking too. Do your kids have any of these toys? What did they think?
