What Should I Get my Dog for Christmas?

Our beloved pooch is a little spoiled and we’re trying to find the right gifts to stuff into his doggy stocking. What do you get a dog for Christmas?

Collapsible Extra Large Dog Bowls – 2 pack

This is very practical for our upcoming trip. They have a clip so we can attach them easily to the outside of our pack while hiking. We keep a stainless steel one in our car but they are hard to carry with us.

Dog Nail Grinder

We have been struggling more and more with cutting his nails as he’s gotten older. He doesn’t like anybody else to do them and I’m still having strength issues with my hand. I think this would be a very useful option. I’ve heard this one is easier to use than a Dremel. This one has really good ratings too.

A Dog Bed

We want to get him a dog bed that fits in the back of the Suburban so he’s more comfortable while riding, especially on long trips.

A Winter Vest or Coat

The big boy gets cold walking in the winter. It’s very difficult to find something that fits him well. We are looking at options and found one that comes in a 4XL that might work. He has a huge chest that makes finding something harder. I’m scared to order it so maybe I should wait and just go to the pet store.

Snacks

We have to find some fun snacks for him. We will likely just pick them up at our local pet store. He loves peanut butter doggy cookies.
