Easy Lemon Kit Kat Cake

This easy lemon Kit Kat cake really is the perfect spring dessert for lazy bakers, like me. It’s the perfect quick, easy cake for bakers of all skill levels, so simple anyone can make it. It would be a good option for cooking with your kids too.

Ingredients for Easy Lemon Kit Kat Cake

  • Betty Crocker Super Moist Lemon Cake Mix (15.2 oz box)
  • Ingredients for cake mix: eggs, oil, water
  • Betty Crocker Rich & Creamy Cream Cheese Frosting (16 oz)
  • Dickinson’s Lemon Curd (10 oz jar)
  • 6 Lemon Kit Kat Miniatures

Prepare two 9-inch round cakes per package directions. Remove from pans and allow to cool completely.

Place the first layer on a serving dish. Put a small border of the cream cheese frosting around the edge of the cake. Cover top with half of the lemon curd. Save the other half for another project.

Place the second cake layer on top. Frost entire cake with cream cheese frosting.

Unwrap and chop up the Lemon Kit Kats into small pieces. Sprinkle on top of the cake.

Serve and Enjoy!
